Terms and Conditions

1.0 Delivery:
Discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported to Aline ink within 48 hours of receiving the order. Non – Delivery must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of invoice. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by factors outside of our control, e.g. carrier delay, severe weather conditions or lack of empty cartridges to refill.

2.0 Payment:
Aline ink accepts most major brands of credit cards, Protx payments and cheques. Cheques must be cleared before goods can be sent. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month for any granted credit accounts. Goods remain the property of Aline ink until credit accounts are paid in full. Aline ink has the right to cancel credit accounts if these terms are not adhered to.

3.0 Credit limits:
Any credit limit authorized by Aline Ink is set using general business practice and is set out by credit protection insurers. Once a credit limit has been reached no further goods can be supplied before a suitable payment has been received by Aline ink, this may require a payment to be made earlier than stated in section 2.0.

4.0 Credit references:
Aline ink may search a company using our credit protection agency. We will keep a record of the findings.

5.0 Cancellation of orders:
Written confirmation must be received prior to dispatch of the order. Any orders cancelled after this time will incur a restocking charge of 10% of the stock value. Customers are responsible for returning goods.

6.0 Faulty goods:
Goods suspected of being faulty must be returned so we can inspect the goods, before credit or return can be agreed. You should inform us of faulty goods before sending them back or you may risk your goods not being dealt with correctly. After we receive and inspect the goods we will contact you. The customer is responsible for goods while in transit to us.

7.0 Ownership:
Ownership of any goods supplied will remain the property of Aline Ink until the purchaser makes full payment for them.

8.0 Prices:
All prices quoted in a written quote are valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quote. Aline Ink reserves the right to change prices after this time. Aline ink also reserves the right to change prices shown on the company website at any time, without giving prior notice to customers.

9.0 Design and specification: The company reserves the right at any time to make a modification or change in specification without prior notice to the customer.

10.0 Trade names and trademarks: Trade names and trade marks are used by Aline ink solely for identification purposes, all trade names and trade marks are owned by the respective OEM companies.

11.0 Warranty:
Goods sold by the company come with a 30-day warranty. All products sold by Aline Ink are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

12.0 Limitation of liability:
If goods are found to be faulty after the time period explained in 11.0 then it is up to the discretion of Aline ink to replace the goods or credit the purchaser, with the price paid at the time of invoice.

13.0 Placing orders:
Orders can be placed by phone, Fax, through the website or by E-mail. Please note, when you make an order we understand that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions in full.

14.0 Governing law:
We are governed by English law.
